Return Policy
Customers must communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days starting from the day the product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you purchased them.
Failure to comply with this term forfeits the right to return and refund.
Furthermore, if an item is replaced with a fake, a complaint will be filed with the competent authorities and no refund will be issued.
Non-returnable items
Due to their nature, sealed products cannot be returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cost of the return
Cost of the return is borne by the customer and the shipment of items is responsibility of the customer.
OnlyJody is not responsible in any way for any potential damage, loss or theft that can occur during shipping, they will be at the expense of the customer.
Refunds
As soon as the integrity of returned items is verified, OnlyJody will provide a refund of the amount paid by the customer except for shipping costs and Shopify/Paypal fees.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
