Shipping Policy

Based in Italy, OnlyJody catalogue is updated only with products ready to be shipped immediately.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date an order is placed.

To avoid issues with the courier portal, it's required to use only characters of the Latin alphabet to create the shipping label.
Once it has been created, an automatic email with tracking number is sent to the customer's email address registered during checkout.

Couriers available are DPD, UPS, DHL and FedEx. Depending on the order value and shipping area, it will be possible to choose between one or more options at check-out.
Delivery is expected within 6 business days to all countries.
If your country isn't available on the website you can contact us to check if we can still arrange the shipping at your location.
